You will need just a couple of things for your video session.
Here's how to prepare.
No installation required. Our video system runs in a web browser.
Chrome Browser works best if you're on a laptop or desktop computer.
Use your mobile browser (Safari on iOS) if you join from your tablet.
While we recommend a bigger screen, our system also work on most tablets.
If you're not sure, test your setup (see below)
Your computer or device needs to have a working webcam and a working microphone.
You can test below.
Our system runs on BigBlueButton. Watch the overview video below and go to our public test room to have a play yourself and see if your computer likes ours.

We love to get your questions, so the more nosey you are, the better.
This is an interactive video session and while we're happy to present something to you classroom-style, we love to be interrupted by your questions and take you down all sorts of rabbit-holes.

To minimize any loss of time due to technical glitches, please take a minute to test your setup in our test room before you join.

Enter the access code and your name.
When asked "How would you like to join the audio?"
Select "Microphone"
Your browser will ask to use your microphone.
Allow this.
The following echo test will play back your audio to you. Press the green thumbs-up icon if it's successful. If you don't hear yourself, press the red thumbs-down icon to get a choice of micorphones and speaker outputs.
Now test your webcam.
Press the crossed-out camera icon at the bottom of the screen.
Your browser will ask to use your camera.
Allow this.
In the webcam settings screen, choose your camera. You can leave the quality setting on medium.
If everything is set up correctly, you'll see your own camera picture in the test room.
You're now all set for Photo Sensei and you can close the test room.
