1. When you sign up for a session, Chris gets in touch to figure out what you'd like the session to be about. If you are not sure, just indicate that during sign-up and we'll figure it out together.
2. Access info: You'll get a link to a personal online training room.
3. Your session: Will take place online, similar to a Zoom call. All you'll need is a laptop or a tablet.
